Welcome to our villas in paradise. This condo hotel resort is set on the beach overlooking the Barrier Reef just 1.5 miles south of San Pedro Town. Enjoy waking up to the beautiful peaceful scenery from your verandah. Each condo at Royal Palm is privately owned and decorated with style.
The condos are fully furnished with kitchen, dining area, living room, one bath, cable TV, telephone, central air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, verandah and a large pool with waterfalls. The one bedroom condos have a double and two queen beds including the sofa bed. The two bedroom condos have three queen size beds including the sofa bed.
There are restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. With easy access you can go to and from town either by walking, bicycle, golf cart, or taxi. Across the street is an internet service. Any tour you decide to take the boat will pick you up at the end of the pier. The beach is beautiful with white sand and has lounge chairs where you can relax and soak up the sun.

For bicycle rentals there are several companies located in the center of town. The suite is fully equipped with essentials such as kitchen equipment, microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, dishes etc. There are plenty of bath towels and some beach towels.

20% deposit is due when reserving dates with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival date.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
- Full refund minus $100.00 U.S. cancellation fee for cancellations 60 days prior to arrival date.
- 50% refund for cancellations 30 days prior to arrival date.
- No refund for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
